Hardly a year since the release of “Metodo di Danza "and rumors are already spreading on the new chapter (Album release) by Il Cane .This being one of the reasons why Matteite Bookings is taking a summer break! Gigs will kick off once again from the second week in July.The gig on the 11th June at the Manin Festival with Tram has been cancelled and Il Cane will play instead on the 12th with Ministri. Don’t forget the gig / party at Bianco e Rosso in down town Pordenone.Super thanks, stars, zizza, rockers.... heavy metal is and will remain the law!

Time to change, hallucinations and as l'Elisa says, distortions...Caius (IL Cane’s drummer), after his back operation, is half busted, therefore it will be sometime before we’ll see him sat at his drums again with us, maybe we’ll have enough time to release another album. In the meantime we recruited Simone Sant ( Amari 's sound engineer and Betzy’s guitar player) who will join as drummer Matteite and will also play about with acoustic instruments in this all acoustic spring tour.This time we will go across our peninsula North to South, East to West. Here it comes “Il Cane” latest video directed by the legendary Fabio Betzy. As usual the list of people that we I would like to thank is endless, like the nice weather and the patience of every member of the crew on set. At least this time they didn’t have to put with having to listen this gloomy tune on loop! I would like to thank just as well the list of tv stations that decided to stream on loop. Mattete’s eagerness to escape from this continent for the whole summer brought forward the recordings of IL Cane ‘s new Album.The drums and part of the bass guitars are already completed as for the remaining music I am working away in the pig’s feeding room in Dainese’s house, a remarkable studio that during the winter has hosted Elio Petri as well as sweet Lavinia’s albums.Stay Stoned!

Last December 15th, 2009, Il Cane performed live on the Slovenian Radio Network Radiocapodistria as guests on the program In orbita hosted by Ricky Russo, to promote his "Metodo di danza" (La Tempesta dischi/Venus 2009) album. It s been not so long since my friend Fabio Cussigh (in front of an orgy of beers in Giovanni' s pub) confessed me:" hei man i really do love this song "male al dente", it' s awesome, it' s the only one i really do appreciate when i have a listen to your stuff..., so i wanna do the video clip! After a fast meeting in his next to figure it out some stuff about the script of the video, we also found the specific day: so I am pretty proud to annunce that next Saturday and Sunday 9th/10th January between rain (maybe not...), cold, the sad see side of Lignano, actors and special friends (thanks in advance animalsss) the awesome Lavinia's catering, the glorious Fabio's moustche, all cameras, all cousins with cameras, enthusiasm...in short we are gonna start to shoot a new video clip of the second single of Il Cane "male al dente"! Following to the recording and artistic production of the record ‘"Metodo di Danza" (LTD-026/2009), Matteo Dainese (aka Matteite) built up a studio in the garden of the Dainese’s residence, devoting the past autumn to the production and recording of the records of two of his friend and freaks: Lavinia Siardi and Elio Petri (aka Emiliano Angelelli). He is at the moment busy mixing the first of the two records, both at Moscow studio at Cargnacco (Pozzuolo del Friuli, Udine)
